Before you can operationalize loving yourself, you have to actually know yourself.  Not the version you've been performing, but the one written into your design before anyone ever told you who to be.

This is a 45-60 minute integrated reading combining your Human Design bodygraph, natal chart, and empathic insights.  Read together, not separately.  Most readings give you one lens.  This gives you all three, woven into a single, coherent picture of how you are built to move through the world: how you make decisions, where your energy is meant to be spent, what you actually need to feel safe, and what has likely been working against your design instead of with it.

As a certified Advanced Practitioner of Human Design, certified Human Design coach, certified Astrologer, and an intuitive reader, and most importantly, as someone who has lived the work of coming back home to herself, I don't just hand you information.  I help you understand what it means for your actual life, right now, in the season you're in.

• Your defined centers and gates - where your energy is consistent and reliable, and where you may experience less consistent energy

• Your natal chart placements - Sun, Moon, Rising, and the placements that shape how you love, how you process emotion, and how the world sees you

• Where your design and your lived patterns may be in conflict, and what that's likely been costing you

• Practical, specific ways to start living in alignment with how you're actually built, starting the moment we hang up
